HI! I´m Ada, a certified psychologist specialized in Nutrition, Healthy Living, and Holistic health. I have a Master's degree in Nutrition & Health and also a Master's degree in Educational Psychology.  


I'm dedicated to educating individuals on the benefits of eating whole foods, making lifestyle improvements, and changing the emotional patterns joined to their food choices, to improve their relationship with food and their bodies.

Instead of focusing on just one aspect of the person, or taking a one size fits all methodology, I evaluate the health history, emotional state, lifestyle, and current diet to make meaningful and long-lasting changes.

My expertise in helping people changing behaviors and my focus on the body and the mind make me a unique health counselor.

Rather than suggesting a list of foods and lifestyle changes, I will include you in the conversation and help you determine which changes will have the greatest impact on your health. I work in an empowering and cooperative manner.
